Gynecology
Call us first for female care. Our practice encompasses many areas of women’s health, from annual exams to birth control and menopause counseling. We handle STIs, UTIs, abdominal pain, irregular bleeding, and thyroid issues. We routinely help with PCOS, endometriosis, and other chronic issues.

Weight Loss
Maintaining a healthy weight isn’t just about your appearance – it’s also about improving your health and reducing your risk for certain health problems. We offer options, support, and a physician-assisted weight loss program.

Wellness
Annual exams are the foundation for GYN care and an opportunity for us to diagnose any abnormalities, order routine diagnostics, and answer your questions. We see women throughout their lives, starting with basic care in the teenage years through post-menopause.

Birth Control
We offer a wide variety of contraception options to fit your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our knowledgeable and experienced providers can help you decide which birth control method is right for you.

Menopause
Treatment approaches for menopause are not designed to reverse the condition, but to alleviate annoying, painful, or inconvenient symptoms and to ease and support the transition for women going through it.

Infertility
We are experienced partners in navigating infertility and finding the treatment needed to make pregnancy a possibility. Schedule a pre-conception consultation or an in-depth fertility evaluation.
Frequent Questions
Yes, patients who have any concerns or developing issues, like a suspected urinary tract infection or unusual discharge, should log into the app or patient portal to request an appointment and let us know what’s happening. We try to accommodate those appointments as soon as possible.
We schedule annual exams up to a year in advance however we also have appointments available each week to offer you options or accommodate your schedule. No matter when you schedule, make sure we have up-to-date insurance and contact information, and any changes in your health or medications.
Our telehealth visits are designed to feel similar to talking one-on-one with Dr. Koch in an even more engaging setting. We’ll provide a link that allows you to securely connect via voice and video. Telehealth visits can be scheduled for all of your well-woman needs, including new patient visits, refills, UTIs, and anxiety or depression, especially during these challenging times. Don’t suffer – we can help.
Dr. Koch uses a holistic approach to care that includes mind, body, and spirit. She is a trusted resource for women experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, or handling difficult situations.
We suggest preconception counseling 3-6 months prior to attempting conception. These visits allow us to identify any undetected illnesses or risk factors that could cause problems for both the mother and the fetus based on an exam, bloodwork, the woman’s family history, and current lifestyle. Our providers will make recommendations that allow for the greatest level of safety and success in conception.
Easily request refills through your pharmacy, who will electronically get in touch with us. You can also request refills via the app or patient portal. Please no not call or leave a message.
